Please be advised that you, as a Buyer, use the webshop available at www.inokim.hu (hereinafter referred to as the webshop) to declare that you are aware of and accept the following, in the Ptk. (General Act No. V 2013) 6: 77-6: 81. If you wish to be a customer or an active user of the opportunities offered by our Webshop, please read our General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) carefully and use our services only if you agree with it and consider it binding on you.

This document is only available in electronic form. A contract governed by the following conditions is governed by the Civil Code. is considered a distance contract.

The Service Provider is referred to as the Operator in these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchase of Products

In the webshop you can find pictures and descriptions of INOKIM branded electric scooters and their associated INOKIM brands.

The images shown on the product data sheet may differ from the actual ones, and in some cases are only for illustration.

The price in the products includes VAT but not the home delivery fee (in the case of accessories or when ordering abroad). Domestic orders are free for home delivery.

The webshop reserves the right to change the price of the products without prior notice. Products already ordered will be registered at the time of the order. The product kit can expand and decrease as needed.

3. Ordering Information

Purchase in the webshop is possible by electronic order, as specified in this GTC.

Products displayed can be purchased through the webshop. In the case of ordering through a webshop, delivery by courier to the home or by delivery or receipt by a proxy is possible.

The prices displayed for the products include the statutory VAT of 27%, but do not include the home delivery fee (in the case of accessories or foreign orders). Domestic orders are free for home delivery.

If the operator indicates a defective price next to the product, despite the diligence expected from it, and the price of the product differs from its generally accepted price, then the operator is not obliged to provide the product at the wrong price, but is obliged to offer the buyer the real price of the order. If the buyer does not wish to make use of this option, he has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract.

No separate packaging costs will be charged. Detailed shipping rates are included in these terms and conditions, under the Terms of the Delivery menu.

In addition to the products listed, you can view a brief description of each product, its price, and other features without the need for completeness. For more information on the product, click on the product image or name. Then you get to the product page where you can get more detailed information about the product. If you need more detailed information, please contact the operator using the phone number recorded in the operator data.

4. The process of ordering

The webshop is available on www.inokim.hu. You can select the item you want to order from the product and click on the product’s individual presentation page to open it.

By clicking on the ADD button you can place the product in the Basket.

You can check and edit the contents of the cart by clicking on the Cart. It is possible to view and modify the number of products you want to order from the basket and to choose the payment and delivery method that best suits you and to cancel the item. If everything is fine and you have decided to place an order, you can finalize your order by pressing the ORDER button.

After you have finalized your order to the email address you provided, we will send you an automatic confirmation containing your order details. If you do not receive this letter, your system has not accepted your order. In this case, please contact us using the data provided by the operator as indicated above.

Once we have processed your order, we will send you an email with a confirmation of your order to your email address. The product will be delivered only after this.

5. Processing orders

Orders are processed on working days from 10:00 to 18:00. There is also the possibility to place an order outside of the time specified for processing the order, but if it is done after the end of the working time, the order will be processed only on the next working day. Deadline for the accepted order is 3 to 5 business days from the date of confirmation for the products in stock.

Our company is not responsible for any technical specifications of the ordered product due to prior notice to the supplier or for reasons beyond its control.

6. How to pay for the ordered product and the cost of home delivery

How to order product:

Bank prepayment: If we have confirmed your order, you will find your bank account number and order number in the confirmation email, which should be referred to in the remittance note/notice box. If the transferred amount is credited to our bank account, we will only deliver the product afterward to the given delivery address.

Home delivery rates:

If you buy an electric scooter from our webshop, its shipping cost is free within Hungary. If your purchase includes accessories, shipping costs are also free in Hungary. If your purchase contains only accessories, shipping costs are as follows.

We charge 1500HUF+VAT as a delivery fee for orders below 50,000HUF value.

Orders with a value over 50,000 HUF are delivered for free in Hungary.

7. Delivery time

Items on stock are delivered in 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

8. Shipping Information

Orders received by our webshop are delivered by the couriers of GLS courier service. Packages are delivered on working days between 8:00 and 18:00. It is advisable to provide an address as a delivery address where the courier can reach the person who placed the order.

In the case of unpacked, returned packages, the shipping and return charges will be charged to the customer;

9. Right of withdrawal

Based on the law No. 45/2014 the customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receiving the ordered product without justification, return the ordered unopened product in original condition. If the customer would like to use the right of withdrawal, he/she must disclose this to the operator in a clear written statement (by registered mail or by e-mail). The operator is obliged to confirm it to the customer immediately upon receipt of the cancellation declaration. In the event of the customer’s withdrawal, the ordered product shall be returned to the operator within 14 days of the date of the disclaimer. The cost of returning is borne by the customer.

If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, the operator shall, within 14 days of receipt of the relevant declaration, reimburse the customer for the payments made by the customer. An exception to this is if the customer chose a mode of transport that entails additional costs and which is different from normal transport. The service provider does not have to fulfill the obligation until the product is returned or until the customer has received a credible certificate of return of the product. In the event of a discrepancy between the two dates, the operator must take account of the earlier date.

After the package arrives at our company, it is video recorded to open the package and we examine the returned product. This is necessary to avoid possible misunderstandings later. (for example, the returned product was damaged or incomplete)

11. Warranty

The Operator is obliged to offer a warranty under the Hungarian Civil Law. and the Operation can only be exempted from its liability only if it proves that the cause of the fault is due to the improper use or handling of the product by the consumer. We draw the Consumer’s attention to the fact that, due to the same error, he/she may not enforce warranty claims and warranties at the same time, but otherwise the consumer shall be entitled to the rights arising from the warranty irrespective of the rights specified in the product warranty and warranty claims.

The Operator does not undertake any voluntary warranty for the products it sells.

Certain products marketed by the operator are covered by the 151/2003 statutory warranty on certain durable goods. According to Government Decree, the consumer has a 1 year warranty period from the date of delivery of the product. For products not covered by the indicated regulation, the warranty period provided by the manufacturer is indicated next to the product. If there are problems with this, the operator can provide accurate information. In the case of a warranty, the consumer is entitled to repair or replace the defective product free of charge within the warranty period. Warranty repairs cover malfunctions resulting from a manufacturing fault. The warranty terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the user manual.

In the event of a product failure, you can find out more about what to do at the address and phone number provided on the warranty sheet supplied with your device, or contact us. The cost of delivering the products to the warranty service center is borne by the customer. You can return the defective device directly to our service. Only new parts may be incorporated into the product during repair. The operator should endeavor to repair or replace within 30 days. The costs of the warranty service are borne by the operator.

Otherwise, the warranty is governed by the provisions of §6.171-173 of the Civil Code.

13. Complaint handling

The Customer may be concerned either with the operation of the website or with the information provided on it, or with a comment or complaint regarding the purchase. You can notify these to the Operator via e-mail or online.

The Operator is required to record the complaint at the location indicated by the Operator and keep the complaint for a period of five years from the date of recording, together with the response. The operator will examine the complaint received within 30 days of receipt and provide a substantive response. If the operator gives a negative reply to the complaint, it must justify it in writing. Disputes arising from a contract with the operator may primarily be settled amicably, by agreement between the parties, or before the consumer protection authority competent for the consumer’s domicile. If these do not lead to a result, the parties will remain on the court track.

If the Consumer dispute between the Operator and the Customer is not resolved during negotiations with the Operator, the following remedies are available to the Customer:

a) Entry in the customer’s book. The Customer’s Book is available at each of the Operator’s shops.

b) Complaint with consumer protection authorities. If a Customer detects a violation of his / her consumer rights, he / she is entitled to complain to the Consumer Protection Authority of his / her place of residence. After the complaint has been considered, the authority will decide on the conduct of the consumer protection procedure.

c) Conciliation. In order to settle out of court disputes concerning the quality, safety and product liability of the products, as well as the settlement and settlement of the contract, the Customer may initiate proceedings with a conciliation body operating under the jurisdiction of the competent chamber of his domicile.

14. Data Management

The Operator shall treat the personal data made available to him by the Webshop as confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party, except to his subcontractor. (Eg courier service), this is required to deliver the order.

While browsing the webshop, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes. (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). These data are only duly justified by the operator and handed over to the authorities in justified cases. To use this service, you need to enable cookies. If you do not want to allow cookies, you can disable your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the service are only partially or totally unavailable. A cookie is a file that the server sends to the user’s browser and stored on the user’s computer. No personal data is stored in the cookie. The data recorded during the order is used by the operator to fulfill the order. The invoice details of the order submitted by each IT system on the web shop pages are recorded with the data provided during the order submission and stored for the period specified in the effective Accounting Act. The data provided by the webshop when browsing and subscribing to the newsletter provided during the registration is handled confidentially by the operator and can be unsubscribed from one of the provided contacts. You may request that your data be deleted or modified at any time in writing.

15. Scope of the GTC, final provisions

The scope of the GTC covers: the Operator and the Customers.

The scope of the GTC does not apply to: the financial institution performing the payment and the Supplier.

By finalizing the Customer’s order, accepting the GTC during the ordering process, and the electronic confirmation sent by the Operator to the Buyer, a legal relationship shall be established between the Operator and the Customer.

The GTC is open-ended.

In the case of amendments to the GTC, the provisions of the GTC valid according to the order date shall apply to pending orders.
