The products you buy on our website can be picked up in our shop. After placing your order, choose the personal takeover option. In this case, you can also pay for the product online via the the secured BARION system by a credit card or you can pay it personally in cash or by credit card in our shop.

WE DELIVER YOUR ORDER TO YOUR HOME
Your order will be delivered free of charge to your home in Hungary via DPD courier service. The cost of delivery of the order less than 30,000HUF is 1,500 HUF + VAT. Above 30,000HUF the delivery is FREE!
In the order process, you can also check the shipping cost when selecting the delivery method.
In case of delivery to outside Hungary, we charge 15euro / package for order less than total vale 150euro. In case of an order value over 150euro, we charge 40euro per package.
In the case of OXO electric scooters, the shipping fee depends of the destination, therefore before your order please contact us by email and we will give you the exact cost of transportation to your country.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHOD CAN I CHOOSE WHEN I WANT HOME DELIVERY?
The following payment methods are available for ordering with home delivery:

WHEN AND HOW DOES SHIPPING HAPPEN?
The delivery takes place from 8 am to 4 pm on working days in Hungary. We will inform you about the expected delivery date by e-mail.
In the case of foreign transportation, the courier will appoint a time with you about the delivery time.
HOW CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PACKAGE?
After preparing your package, we will hand over it to our contracted courier service partner (DPD), and we will notify you e-mail and SMS, and you will be able to track the status of your order on the DPD website based on the tracking number sent by email.
YOU WERE NOT AT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVED? NO PROBLEM, THEY WILL TRY ONE MORE TIME!
If the deliverer is unable to deliver the goods, he will leave a notification of the package. You can then contact the courier and ask about the shipment at the phone number indicated on the notice. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the courier service will attempt to deliver the delivery free of charge at the agreed time.
PLEASE CHECK THE PACKAGE AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE
Complaints regarding the contents of the package may be accepted only if the fact of the deficiency or damage is recorded on the consignment note in the presence of the courier.
WHAT SERVICE DO I GET IF I CHOOSE A HOME DELIVERY SERVICE?
Our contracted courier service will deliver the package to the first closed door on delivery address. The installation of the products is not part of the courier service’s work!
